| LIMITED WARRANTY
TransDeco Int’l Corp. (TransDeco)
warrants to the original purchaser, that for the below stated warranty
term, TransDeco will repair or replace any piece of furniture which is
defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace
will be at TransDeco's solo discretion. To exercise your rights under this
warranty, you must submit the original sales receipt when making a claim.
TransDeco warranty period is one year from
the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. If TransDeco determines
that repair is impractical you will be furnished a replacement unit of the
same or similar color, design, style and quality. If you notice a
manufacturing defect, it is important for you to promptly notify the
TransDeco authorized retailer from whom you purchased the furniture. If it
is impossible or impractical to notify that retailer, please submit your
claim via e-mail, fax or in writing to:

After notification it may be necessary for
TransDeco to arrange for an inspection or receipt of a photograph of your
furniture to determine whether or not a manufacturing defect exists.
TransDeco makes no implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other
implied warranties are specifically disclaimed.
This warranty applies only when you have
purchased the TransDeco product for your own normal indoor household use
and not for resale or commercial use, which includes rental, business, and
institutional or other non-residential use.
TransDeco will not repair or replace the
furniture if improper maintenance or improper use has caused damage. This
warranty does not apply if your TransDeco product is damaged by the use of
harsh chemical products.
This warranty does not cover damage
resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents:
including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations
or pet damage etc. Any
product modification by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized
by TransDeco will void this warranty.
TransDeco will not be liable for any
consequential or incidental damages. By this TransDeco means any loss,
expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from
a defect in the furniture. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply.) This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary, from state to state. Except for such other rights, the
remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of TransDeco's
responsibilities.
